The construction of a new café and toilet pavilion in Marlow Town Park for Wycombe District Council.
A challenging construction process due to the close proximity of two huge protected trees. The pavilion had a no dig policy, so the building was constructed on a series of driven piles on an in situ raft slab. The structure was constructed with a steel frame, topped with a zinc roof and finished with stainless steel slatted sliding doors.
The completed building is a testament to the contemporary award winning design.
