Significant refurbishment of a 4 storey tower block carried out over a short 12 week programme duration.
The works included asbestos removal, re-configuration, new lighting, new flooring and decoration works throughout. New classrooms were created, as well as new fully fitted out science labs and art rooms.
The works were successfully completed on programme and ready for the students return to School after the summer holidays.
