The construction of a single storey classroom block for Esher College.
The building was constructed using a steel frame, a combination of brickwork and timber cladding and a standing seam sheet metal roof. The works encompassed all drainage & externals, including new services and the construction of a large parking area.
Specifically built as a psychology block the building contains classrooms, study areas, toilets and a staff room. A further feature of the build is the inclusion of photo voltaic solar panels.
The combination of quality workmanship and clever design ensures this modern building sits comfortably in its more traditional surroundings.
