Construction of six new apartments and associated external works. We were appointed by a private client and the flats were developed as a rental investment.
Conventional building methods were employed in constructing the fabric of the buildings. There was, however, a requisite of the planning authority to comply with the energy efficient requirements and consequently the apartments are operated using air source heat pumps.
The open plan design, bespoke fitted furniture and modern interiors should appeal to the young professionals targeted as potential tenants.
The development successfully fits in with the character of the village, and delivers both green credentials and a spacious contemporary living environment. Another job well done!
