The construction of 5 large apartments near Guildford town centre.
The project involved the excavation and construction of a large watertight concrete basement to provide parking and storage for the apartments. The development was located on a compact, sloping site, served by a narrow access lane. Therefore, logistics, planning and site organisation were crucial in allowing us to successfully deliver the project.
The fusion of contemporary interiors within a traditional exterior was a particular triumph, which combined with spectacular views over the Chantry's will help ensure these apartments are idyllic homes for the residents.
