The construction of a luxury 11,200 sq. ft. house situated within the exclusive Crown Estate - this new build was completed for a developer.
The development included the demolition of an existing house, piled foundations, traditional brick and block construction, solid concrete floors, stone features and clay roof tiles.
Spicers House incorporates 6 en suite bedrooms, an indoor swimming complex with spa bath and gymnasium, a double garage, self-contained staff living quarters and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Standout features include the handmade timber windows and Poggenpohl kitchen. Also showcased is the latest in home automation in the form of a KNX system. This cutting edge technology controls all aspects of the house including air conditioning, underfloor heating, CCTV and audio visual.
